GO Voyage Account Deletion
If you want to delete your Go Voyage account, click here, log into your account, go to “Account details” and click on “I want to delete my account”
This can only be done if you have no upcoming bookings or an active Prime membership.
Bear in mind that after the account deletion has been requested, we won’t erase immediately the personal data processed that may be necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us, for our legitimate business interests (i.e. fraud prevention, security-enhancing), or to comply with our legal obligations (i.e. legal reporting, auditing obligations). In any case, we will immediately erase them when we can do so.
